We are an established training organisation centred in South Africa since 2011 and is proud to be accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (www.i-l-m.com) and proud partner of the University of Western Cape (Industrial Psychology). We have been helping individuals through coaching, neuroscience and tested methodologies to coach and lead more effectively, increase engagement with teams, manage difficult conversations/conflict, embrace ongoing change.

For the past decade, we have challenged and developed great minds. Characterised by a tradition of innovation, together with the University of Cape Town we are pioneers in the field of neuroscience and strategic leadership coaching. We continue to push forward the boundaries of neuroscientific knowledge in our field and have made a positive and lasting impact on many people’s lives.

At NIB we:

  • Accredit coaches, mentors and leaders
  • Do our own neuroscience research
  • Use neuroscience as the foundation for all our programmes
  • Work with accredited institutions and universities to provide quality and effective programmes
