Description
This is an internationally accredited programme through the ILM and UWC (University of Western Cape). We use a neuroscientific approach in all our accredited programmes. We have found that this approach is very effective during the learning process, and sets us apart from others. All accredited programmes include assignments and on successful completion an award, certificate or diploma will be issued. We take a minimum of 11 students, maximum 15 students per program per company. All participants must attend all allocated days.

Jerome Simmery –
Of all my years at UWC this course had the most impact and brought meaningful change to change to my own leadership understanding and I hope that this can translate to the team reporting to me.
The facilitator also brought a fresh energy and a unique engagement dynamic that was premised on empathy. I commend her for this and although I failed the course I take away the fundamentals and incorporate it into my change initiatives in the department.
Elvida Sias –
This course is an absolute value add to broaden one’s perspective. The tools and knowledge can be used to advantage both professional and personal engagements, leadership capabilities and useful in relationship management
The course was very well presented and articulated. I want to congratulate Dr. Charlene Heynes and the effort she put into the workshops and coaching/mentoring. We need more of these in our workplaces to change the narrative of traditional leadership.
