What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential (ICF: International Coach Federation). The ICF is considered the gold standard in coaching.
What is brain-based coaching?
Brain-based coaching is a neuroscientific approach to coaching. We use our own tested methodologies and results in our lab to apply neuroscience to the coaching sessions. The results are powerful, positive and transformational and equips the client to reach their goals.
Is coaching for me?
If you would like to work on a goal or improve an aspect in your personal or professional life where you would like to make progress, coaching is for you. Coaching is fundamentally about change — no one gets a coach to stay the same. Whether the topic is work-related (example conflict in your team) or personal (challenges with children), coaching can help you find a way forward.
How do I find the correct coach for me?
It is very important that you find a coach that you feel you can trust and work with. We usually have a 10-15 minute virtual meeting to establish whether we have assigned the correct coach to you. During this short meeting we can get an understanding for your goals and establish whether you and the coach can work well together.
What is the session structure?
We offer eight to twelve sessions of 60 minutes each. These sessions are structured over a period of three to six months. This time period will allow you to achieve your short terms goals or any aspects that you choose to work on during the programme.
What about confidentiality?
As accredited coaches, we are bound by the ICF (International Coach Federation) to confidentiality. All content discussed in the sessions will be treated as confidential (unless otherwise agreed).
The price is per session.
