Build personal resilience and collaborative working by improving mental and physical health. This is a virtual workshop. We use a neuroscientific approach in all our workshops. We have found that this approach is very effective during the learning process, and sets us apart from others. We take a minimum of 6 people, maximum 20 people per workshop. All participants must attend all allocated days.

    Dear Dr Charlene

    I have completed the evaluation. I just wanted to say a more personal thank you for the workshop. It actually came along at a time when I really needed it. Yesterday, I dusted off my journal (I haven’t written in it for more than 9 years) and I found an entry where I had listed where I saw myself in 10 years time. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I have achieved everything that I set out to do as a naive 29-year-old. Often, life happens and we forget to celebrate the simple joys and achievements. I will definitely be using my mindfulness model as often as I can.

    Very well facilitated workshop. The topic was backed with the relevant scientific facts; well researched and presented. Dr Charlene is a skilled facilitator who knows how to read her audience and respond accordingly. She was friendly, patient and kind throughout.
