Coaching and Mentoring Assessment ™

Coaching is a partnership, which is a thought-provoking and creative process, that inspires clients to develop their potential. Coaching can be applied in both individual and group settings. Mentoring is a relationship in which a more experienced person, the mentor, provides guidance and support to someone that is less experienced in a particular topic. Mentoring is applied in organisations, personal development, and various other contexts. We use the global standards of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Code of Ethics in both coaching and mentoring. This assessment covers the following competencies: agreement, trust and intimacy, presence, active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication, creating awareness, designing actions, planning and goal setting, and managing process and accountability.
