What is Agility?

Agility refers to the ability to move, adapt, and respond quickly and effectively across physical, spiritual and mental dimensions. At NIB we measure three main components of agility: body, spirit and mind. The body is measured by the following sub-components: food, preventative care, exercise and sleep. The spirit is measured by the following sub-components: intra-spiritual and inter-spiritual. The mind is measured by the following sub-components: thoughts and emotions. The Agility Assessment evaluates your current Neuro, Body and Spiritual flexibility. This assessment should be used in conjunction with a supervisory session in order to help you improve your agility.

This assessment should be used in conjunction with a supervisory session and it:
