Dr. Charléne is the facilitator for the Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring with Neuroscience Fundamentals. She is the founder and CEO of Neuroscience Institute for Business (NIB). She holds a Ph.D, and various qualifications in medical neuroscience, business, neuro-economics, neurofeedback, coaching and mentoring. She is an ACC credential coach (ICF), strategist, neurofeedback practitioner and neuro-economics specialist.
She has 20+ years working experience both in the private and government sectors. She has experience in:
- Neuroscience coach, mentor, leadership and management certification
- Neurofeedback (brain training) peak performance, anxiety, stress, depression
- Qeeg (brainmaps)
- Neuroscience-based executive coaching & mentoring
- Strategic planning facilitation

In 2022 she published her first book “Discover your Amazing Brain” (available on Amazon.com). She believes in equipping others to leave a legacy.
Letitsia Ngomba is the Course Coordinator / Administrator of Neuroscience Institute for Business (NIB).
Letitsia has experience with working with students. She delights in assisting on individual in reaching and surpassing their goals.
She brings a calm and ready mindset to assist students, our life long learners, achieve and surpass their goals.
Prof. Juliana is NIB’s assessor for certificate programmes at Neuroscience Institute for Business (NIB): Effective Coaching and Mentoring (with Neuroscience fundamentals) and Leadership and Management programmes (with Neuroscience fundamentals).
Prof. Juliana is NIB’s assessor for certificate programmes: Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring with Neuroscience Fundamentals and the Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management with Neuroscience Fundamentals. She is a professional in curriculum development, reviewer and editor. She holds a Ph.D in Education. She has experience in the following areas of expertise:
