This is a virtual workshop. It focuses on creating deeper self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation and social awareness.

The price covers the entire group, which requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 people per workshop. All participants must attend all allocated days.

We use a neuroscientific approach in all our workshops. We have found this approach to be highly effective during the learning process. This is what sets us apart from other training. Where traditional training lacks reinforcement, neuroscience sticks because it brings lasting behavioural changes.

I enjoyed the safe space created to share personal experiences. Thank you for allowing us to wander off topic sometimes, the sharing was therapeutic. It helped to identify my weak areas, and gave me tools and techniques to address them. I feel empowered to make the changes I identified during the training. I will listen better, flex my style when I need to, face challenges knowing that I am well equipped. Dynamic, introspective, life changing!!

This was an excellent programme. I enjoyed the atmosphere, engagement of others and the communication was clear. The benefit is good, and the end results will be excellent if it put to the test. The course makes me understand the different attitudes that I am working with everyday. Its relevance to my situation at work is to understand work ethics and intervention with employees.

Got to know my colleagues better and to hear about the challenges they are facing in their respective workplace. Through this course I will be able to control my emotions by exercising EI. I think by all of us exercising EI we’ll be happier colleagues and that will lead to happier subordinates.

What I enjoyed the most was the engagement of my colleagues to a subject matter/question posed by group members or facilitator. I just loved the engagement as it provided insight to dealing with people with different approaches and attitudes. This has benefitted both myself and my organisation, because the course is so relevant.

I work with difficult and disruptive employees. I want to be part of the solution. Having emotional intellect is good for both me and productivity. I used to be obsessed with being right and aggressive when engaging with people, but now I approach things differently.

The class was able to share their challenges without reservations and possible areas of development was suggested in line with the course outcomes. Building on how to new emotionally smart and aware of situations, people & surroundings and how to react to each matter with uniqueness. STOP, REFLECT, ASSESS, GO.

My dormant intelligence were given a wake up call. Teaching an old dog different tricks in making a success of issues and approaching it with a different intelligent approach. Working with all the 4 different personalities, I will now know how to handle them as I will be equipped with the knowledge that will be perfected with practice. I will handle people/employees + situations with techniques taught in the EI course.

Wow, I have learned so much and tools that I can use in my day to day life. I have learned a lot about myself aswell. The human bank account, with regards to the deposits and withdrawals. The hamburger effect learning to give constructive feedback. How to ask the what and how questions. Being able to read a person while listening to them. Dislike: nothing here to dislike.
