Description

This is a virtual workshop. We use a neuroscientific approach in all our workshops. We have found that this approach is very effective during the learning process, and sets us apart from others. We take a minimum of 6 people, maximum 20 people per workshop. All participants must attend all allocated days.

    The workshop was amazing; examples used was current, Dr. Charlene made me feel comfortable to share. Time allocations for participation and practical exercises was excellent and not rushed. I learnt so much from Dr Charlene and the participants. I love it! I enjoyed the Purpose exercise and developing my own Mindfulness model. Dr Charlene is a skilled facilitator who knows how to read her audience and respond accordingly. She was friendly, patient and kind throughout.
