This programme can be a virtual or in-person workshop. It is designed to improve team cohesion and create unity, and identity stages of group development. 

The price covers the entire group, which requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 people per workshop. All participants must attend all allocated days.

The objectives of group coaching will vary from client to client. This depends on the goals of the group, their strengths and what their development areas are. A typical session includes the following:
